You can’t get it wrong when buying the right trousers

The two most important measurements to look for are the inseam (from the back of the knee to the front of the ankle) and the crotch (where the two legs meet). If you are looking at a range of sizes, be sure to try on the largest size available, because you will need the extra room for your legs. If you are concerned about the length of your legs, you may want to try on a larger size.
Leg length is the most important factor when it comes to fit
If your trousers are too long, you will look like a toddler. If they are too short, you will look like a man in his teens or early 20s. The trousers should sit on your legs, but not be so tight that you can feel every vein in your legs.
